[COMPETED] Urgent Maintenance Cloud server infrastructure

Service Disruption Update:

The mentioned maintenance has been completed. All the hypervisors server are working as per expected. 

We are currently working to repair some of the affected VMs by yesterday's situation.

The individual case ID will be open for some of the customers that having post issue after the disruption yesterday.

Service Disruption Details:

As a follow up action of the intermittent situation that you are facing while accessing your cloud server today. We will perform an urgent maintenance to roll back some software that we upgraded on 14th Oct 2016. Your VM will be shutdown properly prior to the maintenance schedule as we need to reboot the physical server.

Service Disruption Effects:

During the service disruption period, all services inside the affected VM will not be available.
