This article will describe what a client can expect after signing up with our Sucuri Security Platform.
After your order is accepted, your website will be scheduled by Sucuri for a website scan.
This normally happens within 24-48 hours.
To view the result of the scan, Login to your client area by following the below steps.
1. Go to Customer Portal, then login with your email address and password.
2. Once you login, it will bring you to "Client Area" menu. Click "Services".
3. Go to "My Products & Services", then click on the the product "Sucuri Security Platform"
4. Once a scan has been completed, you will be able to see the scan summary which gives an overview of the health of your website.
5. It also checks against a list of other security websites and highlights problems if detected.
