In order for SpamExperts to deliver emails to your mailboxes after scanning, routing must be properly configured.
This would have already been configured for you by our technical specialists during the initial setup.
To modify your email routing, please login into your SpamExperts Control Panel.
- After logging in, go to SpamExperts dashboard panel > Incoming > Edit Routes.
- Click on the "Add a Route" button to add the hostname of your mail server.
IMPORTANT: misconfiguring your email routes will result in all emails not being delivered!
