The "Primary Contact Email" refers to the main email from which you can get email notifications from SpamExperts.

By default, this field is left intentionally blank.

To set the Primary Contact Email, please login into your SpamExperts Control Panel

1.    After logging in, go to the SpamExperts dashboard panel > Incoming > Domain Settings.

2.    Enter the email address in the Primary Contact Email field and click save.

3.    All notifications will then be delivered to that email address.

IMPORTANT: Periodic Reports must be enabled in order for SpamExperts to send reports of spam activity.
