Webmail Access

Our Business Email Webmail allows convenient access of your emails using your favourite browser! Here is a basic guide of it's features :

  1. Login to https://webmail.bizmailcloud.com. You must have already at least configured one mailbox previously to access your mailboxes. Please refer to this article if you have not previously done so.

    Enter your Username (which is your full email address) and Password (password is case sensitive!) for access. Click "Login" to proceed.

  2. After successfully logging in, you will be presented with your main dashboard view. The dashboard has 5 different views.

    - Email (default view) is for managing all your email related activities.
    - Contacts is for managing all your business email contacts.
    - Calendar is for all your schedules, appointments and calender functions.
    - Tasks is for managing all your tasks.
    - Options is for configuring all the options related to this mailbox.

  3. To compose a new email; on the left navigation panel, click on "Mailbox" to expand the view if it is not already expanded. Next click on "Inbox" and the "Compose" button.

  4. After finish composing your email, click on the "Send" button to send out your email.
