Set customisable working hours for your call representatives

1.    In the Working Hours tab, you'll be able to view and change the individual working

       hours of each call representative.

2.    You may access this via "Settings" > "Call Settings" > "Working Hours" 

3.    After selecting "Edit", you may edit the working hours of each agent.


  • The "Summary of Working Hours" shows the entirety of working hours of all the call representatives. 
  • To visualize the working hours of each call rep, hover your cursor over each call rep.
