[Completed] Disruption Service Under Rhenium.hostcentral.net

The server has been setup and we have recreated all hosting accounts in this new server. And also for email service, we have already change the DNS records to new server. All email accounts should be able to send/receive emails. If you are still having issue, please send email to support@signetique.com


The new Plesk Server is :

https://basalt.hostcentral.net:8443 ( please login using your current username and password )


Kindly note that we are currently sync over your old emails from OLD server to NEW server. 


And also for your information, all websites are still pointing to OLD Server. We will keep you updated on this announcement.

The email service is back online. We are currently still migrating all accounts to new server.

The new server has been setup and now currently migrating all Hosting Accounts to New Server. Kindly note in order to smooth the migration, we have to STOP all email service for temporary, the ETA time downtime for Email Service is 5 hours. After that we will TURN ON the email service back.

- Website is accessible

We are setting up new server for replacement due to avoid this issue happened again on the future. Therefore emails will be syncing up from old server to new server.

The server being boot up, however expected slowness disk issue.

Currently the server still unable to be accessed. We find out some data might corrupted, however don't worry the data still there. We also have a backup as well in this case.
At the moment the disk check still on going. This is because large disk data of the server had.

Additional updates :

During the maintenance, all new incoming emails will be held in the MX server manganese.hostcentral.net. When the maintenance has completed, the MX server will send the new incoming emails to the email server.
